Hospice Care
Acura Health Services provides hospice care to help patients and their families:

- Provide companionship to patients and respite to caregivers
- Provide grief support
- Identify key community services that can be of assistance.
Our hospice care team is a highly-trained, multidisciplinary group of care professionals, with each member playing a role in the planning, provision, and management of the patient’s holistic end-of-life care.
